Floating Members Club in Miami Made of Solar-Powered Yachts

Hospitality start-up ArkHAUS is launching a floating lifestyle club in Miami with 360 memberships priced between $5,000 and $10,000 a year.

The Miami club will open in Spring 2023, ArkHAUS founders Sam Payrovi and Nathalie Paiva told Insider. They plan to open additional locations in NYC, San Diego, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Mexico, Dubai, Paris, and Istanbul.

The structure will be made of four "livable yachts" built by the company Arkup.

One of Arkup's residential houseboats is currently docked off of Miami's Star Island. The futuristic vessels are entirely powered by rooftop solar panels.

ArkHAUS's blueprint for the Miami club features a natural pool in the middle. The individual boats will also be available for charters, according to the company's crowdfunding page.
